Returns and Exchanges Policy

At B3 U ATHLETICS, we take pride in the quality of our athletic gear. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

14-Day Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn and unused).

In its original packaging with tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom and Personalized Items
Please note that for custom-designed, personalized, or inscribed products, we are unable to accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as incorrect spelling or color) made by B3 U ATHLETICS, we will make it right immediately.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@beyouathletics.com within 14 days.

To speed up the process, please include a photo of the item in your email.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or resolution at no cost to you.

Return Shipping & Labels
If a return is required due to our error or a defective product, B3 U ATHLETICS will provide you with a free prepaid USPS return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
